Ladies, it’s time to prioritize YOU!

Welcome to Ladder to the Stars Wellness, a women’s health initiative.

We’re so glad you’re here.

As a busy professional moms of 2 kids, I know firsthand how difficult it is to make time for yourself. Everyone else’s cup gets filled first, and at the end of the day, yours is empty.

But what if it’s time? What if you pursued individualized care with a team of women physicians who get it? What if putting that time into yourself actually helped you show up for your people in the BEST way?

We are here to provide a Primary Care experience that is personal. How? We are intentionally taking on less patients than the corporate practices that rush us in 15 minute appointment slots.

Our goals are simple:

Connect – We believe that human beings were not meant to do life alone. The results are in, and the data confirms that strong social connections aid in mental health and chronic medical conditions, even decrease risk of dementia, and overall add to life expectancy. Our goal is to provide opportunities for women, especially moms, to reach out, meet up, and engage with each other. Our Connection Groups will meet at different times and days to accommodate women from all walks of life for offering support and a sense of comradery. Our Blog here as well as our social media presence are meant to also provide connection for busy women.

Educate – We believe that women’s health has taken a backseat in the current corporate healthcare climate and want to change that. We believe that the “Fourth Trimester” (or Postpartum Care) is severely overlooked by a system that does not understand just how difficult and fragile that time is. We believe that women should be given evidence-based information to prepare them for everything from pregnancy and childbirth to menopause. We plan to offer classes to discuss Fertility and Conception Planning, A Breastfeeding Series, What to Expect at the Hospital, What to Expect at Home with New Baby, and much more!

Support – We believe women need partnering physicians who hear them. Our goal in providing care is to provide clinical guidance by discussing risks and benefits, answering questions, and following up closely. We want you to feel supported. We want to take care of you like you’re our sister, or mom, or daughter, or best friend, or grandma.

Would you like to join us as we change the women’s health space one patient at a time?
