As a busy professional mom of 2 kids, I know firsthand how difficult it is to make time for yourself. Everyone else’s cup gets filled first, and at the end of the day, yours is empty.
The pumping takes priority over everything.
The PAP is overdue.
The mammogram keeps getting pushed back.
The person in the mirror is different — tired, overwhelmed, and neglected.
At the end of the day, putting yourself last is a recipe for burnout.

We are here to provide a Direct Primary Care experience that is personal. How? We are intentionally taking on less patients than the corporate practices that rush us in 15 minute appointment slots.
